Mandy was amazing with helping me find my dream dress! She took time to understand the styles I liked and put me in them along with other styles I was curious to try on. I visited Isabella Grace last minute due to a cancellation becoming available. Gabrielle was my associate (who was coincidentally my sisters associate two years ago!) and she immediately ‘got’ me. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was a bit nervous, but Isabella Grace was brilliant. It was a really calming shop and there is so much choice, yet it’s not overwhelming. Carrie was exceptional - she put me at ease, talked me through the process, and was super helpful, patient and attentive. Carrie was spot on with her recommendations as I ended up buying a dress I hadn’t picked out beforehand, but she picked out for me based on little things I’d said during my appointment. I recently visited Isabella Grace and purchased my wedding dress. Myself and close family members had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked into the shop the greeting from staff and shop its self was beautiful, we were shown to our own room where we had drinks and what felt like VIP service. My consultant Cassie was fantastic she listened to my likes and dislikes and from the dresses she came in with it really showed she knew what she was doing. Her advice and guidance through the appointment was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. I had the best experience choosing my dress and would recommend going with Isabella grace.

I wanted to start this review by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had and it exceeded every single expectation.

Coming from a very picky bride, I tried to go into this experience with an open mind despite the nerves and anxiety (Prosecco really helps). This was my first fitting and I didn’t know what to expect. I had the lovely Mandy working with me and I cannot put into words how incredible she made the entire experience for me. She listened to everything I said about what I liked and didn’t like about the dresses I tried on, she didn’t make me feel any kind of way for not liking a certain dress or a part about it. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable during 2 hours I stood in front of her pretty much naked (this is optional however most dresses fit best with no bra). The dress I ended up picking wasn’t even a dress I had on my list, it was a dress that Mandy went and got at the very end of my appointment after listening to all of my pros and cons of the 5 previous dresses I had tried on. The minute I had it on I instantly knew it was the one, not to mention it was under budget.

I really didn’t expect to find THE dress at my first appointment and I know this isn’t the case for a lot of brides but I really do believe its down to the experience you receive and I can honestly say Mandy made my experience. There was no pressure to buy the dress, I didn’t feel an ounce of judgement, she was extremely professional, had so much knowledge about dresses and remained impartial until I picked my dress. This is really important as you don’t want other people’s opinion of the dress to change how you see the dress.

Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had I couldn’t recommend Isabella Grace enough.

I had the most wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress at Isabella Grace. They have a huge collection of gorgeous dresses and the shop is beautiful. I had 2 appointments with Mandy in the Grace Kelly room and couldn’t have asked for better. Mandy not only listened but NOTICED and was able to pull dresses that I loved, and help choose the one that felt most “me”. She was also great at involving my family and curating an exciting and emotional experience that I’ll never forget. The cherry on top was the prosecco and gift after saying “yes to the dress”. I had booked a luxury bridal appointment at Isabella Grace and it was my very first dress try-on! I was quite nervous, mainly about my body and worried about how nothing would fit or make me feel like the beautiful bride I wanted to be. However, my sales consultant Carrie and all the staff there were the most patient, kind, and supportive women. I had the BEST time with my mum and 3 bridesmaids and tried on lots of dresses - there's an incredible selection there. I went with my sister and my mum to try and find a dress. My wedding is in 2 years, so I knew I wouldn't walk out with anything unless I absolutely loved it. Our consultant Gab was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was like a magic trick, each dress I tried on she would ask me questions and one by one we found the perfect dress. They had such a large selection. I would recommend anyone, no matter your style, to come here.
They were also really helpful organising the paperwork, such as when they are going to order and delivery (I live abroad and will be gone for another year so it's not the easiest to do). And they were so helpful to make sure everything will line up. Thank you so much to Gab for being the ultimate advisor during this experience. I was very nervous going in, and I walked out feeling so confident and excited. 

We have been to Isabella Grace twice now and today I have ordered my dream dress. We have had the most perfect day! Both visits have been welcoming and every single one of the ladies have been nothing short of incredible. Being a curvier bride, I was worried about trying on dresses but I can honestly say these ladies can make anything work! I have tried my dress on 3 times which was absolutely no problem for them and they were so unbelievably accommodating! The ladies have veils, accessories and even bouquets available to use which is super helpful! When I said yes to my dress, we were offered a glass of fizz each and I was given a beautiful goody bag, a really beautiful touch! I found my dress in the summer of 2022 and got married Aug 2023 and my dress was honestly one of the biggest highlights of my day. Goodness- where do I even start? I moved to Tunbridge Wells a few years ago, and spotted the shop almost instantly. Fast forward 3 years and a marriage proposal later, I knew instantly the one place I had to go in search for my dream dress. The boutique is stunning and there is no shortage of incredible dresses and accessories to choose from, but the service is what makes this place so wonderful. Nikki led my appointment, and I couldn't have asked for a lovelier and more helpful assistant. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and was so patient and understanding - this coming from a notoriously indecisive bride-to-be! I was initially very nervous about shopping for my dress - I have never enjoyed trying clothes on in public and am not a big dress wearer. However... I was immediately put at ease within about 30 seconds of walking into Isabella Grace and found the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Claire was really warm and friendly, and made the whole process something my Mum and I will remember forever. It didn't take long till I forgot about all of my nerves and was actually looking forward to trying on more dresses! Claire could tell what I liked the most in terms of style and advise on what suited me, and offered lots of options for me to try. The selection of dresses was mind blowing! I inevitably ended up choosing the first dress I tried on, pretty much love at first sight. My time spent at Isabella Grace felt highly personal and luxurious, it was such incredible service and the store itself is beautiful. I just wish I could do it all again. Nicki and Clare greeted us with such warm welcome and made us feel so comfortable. I had booked the luxury bridal appointment and it had such a lovely atmosphere. The boutique was so clean, so neat and cosy. I was looked after by Clare and she was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and how I felt about certain things. It was like she was reading my mind. I bought the first dress I tried on. Also, made some custom changes to my dress and Clare went above and beyond to show me what the results would look like. The online catalogue is so helpful and it really does give them an idea of what you are after rather than them using their imagination when you visit. I fell in love with my dress (as they know, I didn’t want to take it off). They really do celebrate with you when you pick your dress and see the importance of the procedure. From the moment I stepped into your stunning boutique with my Mum last year, we knew we were onto a winner. Rebecca, thank you for welcoming us and instantly making the experience unforgettable. We’d already been to several appointments in Hertfordshire and London and were a little disheartened by the experience.

Isabella Grace changed that for us instantly. After a little consultation in one of the beautiful suites, I started trying on dresses, all beautiful. Then Rebecca asked if she could suggest one that was in the window, she said she thought it would suit me. She was spot on. Something I’d walked past and not even noticed, I slipped on and instantly felt like a princess, that was the one. I went to a couple of appointments after, totally disinterested as nothing compared. So, back we went to Isabella Grace, to confirm that Mia Mia, Lucy was the one.

My fittings & accessory appointments thereafter were a total dream and something Mum and I really looked forward to. All the girls are so charming and attentive, they go above and beyond to make the experience special and unforgettable. Martine, their wonderful seamstress made my dress fit like a glove, totally stress free!

I came to your shop shortly after Christmas, when I was visiting my soon-to-be in-laws from Qatar. It was the second bridal shop appointment I’d had that day and was looking forward to trying on a few more dress styles to find THE one. With a lack of dress shops in Qatar (and in my price range) I was determined to find a dress while in the UK. After a few dresses that Sally and I thought would look great and fit the rustic theme I reluctantly tried on the art-deco ‘Lucille’ dress by Elizabeth Jane Howell. It was such a stunning dress and by everyone’s reaction when I came out, I knew I probably wouldn’t be trying any others. Sally was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and we all celebrated my new amazing dress with a glass of bubbles. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Isabella Grace to other brides-to-be. Here are a few photos of how I managed to make an art-deco dress work in a rustic setting We had an amazing day so thanks again for having a part in making it extra special.

Where do I even start THANK YOU all so much for everything! from the moment I walked in I knew this was where I wanted to get my dress from! Sally you were just so lovely and I know I was a complete nightmare trying to decide (all your dresses were just so lovely!) but you were so patient with me and after 4 months we got there! I absolutely loved my dress and can’t thank Martine enough for her incredible alterations; it was such a perfect fit. I enjoyed every visit and fitting so much and am so sad that I cannot keep doing it. We had the most amazing wedding day, wish we could do it all again, here are a few pictures for you – hope you like them J

You have picked a great selection of dresses and it was very difficult to choose!
