We have been to Isabella Grace twice now and today I have ordered my dream dress. We have had the most perfect day! Both visits have been welcoming and every single one of the ladies have been nothing short of incredible. Being a curvier bride, I was worried about trying on dresses but I can honestly say these ladies can make anything work! I have tried my dress on 3 times which was absolutely no problem for them and they were so unbelievably accommodating! The ladies have veils, accessories and even bouquets available to use which is super helpful! When I said yes to my dress, we were offered a glass of fizz each and I was given a beautiful goody bag, a really beautiful touch! Thank you ladies so so much for being so accommodating and helping me to find my absolute dream dress, I am and will be on cloud nine for a very long time!!! 

I found my dress in the summer of 2022 and got married Aug 2023 and my dress was honestly one of the biggest highlights of my day. I cannot thank Isabella Grace enough for helping me and making the whole process so fun, easy and seamless. Isabella Grace was the first bridal boutique I stepped into, Sharon was amazing at finding the right dress that fitted my style and she made the whole experience really lovely. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted but after trying on a few different dresses I soon fell in love with one, after then trying a couple of different bridal stores, nothing compared to that dress and I came back for a second fitting a few days later which I hadn’t booked but by luck the staff were amazing and allowed me the chance to try it on again. I had such a wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress. Mandy was patient and kind, and made me feel instantly at ease. I was lucky to have her support during two bridal appointments. I was torn between two dresses and she was the calming influence I needed to help me decide on what I know is the perfect wedding dress! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.  Firstly, we were in the Grace Kelly suite, and it was just beautiful and made our whole party feel so special. Firstly I want to say a massive thank you to Sharon, my bridal consultant. Every dress I tried on, she made me feel like a princess. After trying on several dresses, Sharon then picked out this incredible dress that she thought would be perfect for me and my Italian style wedding and she was right. When I put it on, I was so overwhelmed and knew that this was ‘the one’. This bridal boutique is honestly so beautiful and I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.

My visit to Isabella Grace is one that I will treasure forever! Carrie was brilliant and pulled a range of dress styles and materials. I ended up choosing a complete wild card Carrie picked because I fell in love with it and so did my mum. I had been anxious about bridal shopping and Isabella Grace was my first shop, but I need not have worried because I was in very safe hands and this showed. The other ladies were also very lovely and welcoming. The entire experience was fun and effortless! I would really recommend visiting for your dress.

Goodness- where do I even start? I moved to Tunbridge Wells a few years ago, and spotted the shop almost instantly. Fast forward 3 years and a marriage proposal later, I knew instantly the one place I had to go in search for my dream dress. The boutique is stunning and there is no shortage of incredible dresses and accessories to choose from, but the service is what makes this place so wonderful. Nikki led my appointment, and I couldn't have asked for a lovelier and more helpful assistant. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and was so patient and understanding - this coming from a notoriously indecisive bride-to-be! I was initially very nervous about shopping for my dress - I have never enjoyed trying clothes on in public and am not a big dress wearer. However... I was immediately put at ease within about 30 seconds of walking into Isabella Grace and found the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Claire was really warm and friendly, and made the whole process something my Mum and I will remember forever. It didn't take long till I forgot about all of my nerves and was actually looking forward to trying on more dresses! Claire could tell what I liked the most in terms of style and advise on what suited me, and offered lots of options for me to try. The selection of dresses was mind blowing! I inevitably ended up choosing the first dress I tried on, pretty much love at first sight. My time spent at Isabella Grace felt highly personal and luxurious, it was such incredible service and the store itself is beautiful. I just wish I could do it all again. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I had such a incredible experience at Isabella Grace. I visited the boutique with my two sisters over a month ago now and it was my first bridal boutique experience. Nicki and Clare greeted us with such warm welcome and made us feel so comfortable. I had booked the luxury bridal appointment and it had such a lovely atmosphere. The boutique was so clean, so neat and cosy. I was looked after by Clare and she was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and how I felt about certain things. It was like she was reading my mind. I bought the first dress I tried on. Also, made some custom changes to my dress and Clare went above and beyond to show me what the results would look like. The online catalogue is so helpful and it really does give them an idea of what you are after rather than them using their imagination when you visit. I fell in love with my dress (as they know, I didn’t want to take it off). They really do celebrate with you when you pick your dress and see the importance of the procedure. Can’t wait to visit the store again soon to try my dress on and take it with me. Thank you for your lovely customs. It was an experience I’ll never forget.

I had the best experience at Isabella Grace Bridal with the manager Nicki. She was so lovely and friendly and talked me through every step of the way. I was quite nervous of what might suit me and what I thought I wanted. She guided me with confidence and giggles throughout that really put me at ease, and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one in less than an hour! From the moment I stepped into your stunning boutique with my Mum last year, we knew we were onto a winner. Rebecca, thank you for welcoming us and instantly making the experience unforgettable. We’d already been to several appointments in Hertfordshire and London and were a little disheartened by the experience.

Isabella Grace changed that for us instantly. After a little consultation in one of the beautiful suites, I started trying on dresses, all beautiful. Then Rebecca asked if she could suggest one that was in the window, she said she thought it would suit me. She was spot on. Something I’d walked past and not even noticed, I slipped on and instantly felt like a princess, that was the one. I went to a couple of appointments after, totally disinterested as nothing compared. So, back we went to Isabella Grace, to confirm that Mia Mia, Lucy was the one.

My fittings & accessory appointments thereafter were a total dream and something Mum and I really looked forward to. All the girls are so charming and attentive, they go above and beyond to make the experience special and unforgettable. Martine, their wonderful seamstress made my dress fit like a glove, totally stress free!

I came to your shop shortly after Christmas, when I was visiting my soon-to-be in-laws from Qatar. It was the second bridal shop appointment I’d had that day and was looking forward to trying on a few more dress styles to find THE one. With a lack of dress shops in Qatar (and in my price range) I was determined to find a dress while in the UK. After a few dresses that Sally and I thought would look great and fit the rustic theme I reluctantly tried on the art-deco ‘Lucille’ dress by Elizabeth Jane Howell. It was such a stunning dress and by everyone’s reaction when I came out, I knew I probably wouldn’t be trying any others. Sally was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and we all celebrated my new amazing dress with a glass of bubbles. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Isabella Grace to other brides-to-be. Where do I even start THANK YOU all so much for everything! from the moment I walked in I knew this was where I wanted to get my dress from! Sally you were just so lovely and I know I was a complete nightmare trying to decide (all your dresses were just so lovely!) but you were so patient with me and after 4 months we got there! Well what can I say, I am super happy that I decided to make an appointment at Isabella Grace and found my dream dress! The boutique was recommended to me by a friend and although a little farther than I wanted to travel, it was so worth it! My stylist Sharon was amazing – knowledgable, professional and kind – everything an anxious and very overwhelmed bride needs on her wedding dress shopping day. We started with the dress I thought I might like the most – this was quite surreal for me but I got the hang of it after a few dresses! Sharon then started to bring me dresses she thought I might like or would suit me based on my reactions and comments to the other dresses I’d tried on and I must say she was spot on with her choices – I sometimes think she knew what I was thinking before I did myself! I never felt rushed, I always felt comfortable and it was such an amazing experience. I think Sharon and I both knew there was a special dress for me, so I tried this one on again and with a veil – I could have burst I felt so happy! I tried only a handful of dresses on and you advised so well, as I found my wedding dress and myself along with everyone else loved it!
I would like to Thank You so much for making the experience so memorable, I was a very relaxed bride and any slight nerves or worries I had about finding a dress went as I walked out the door after purchasing my dress on that day!

From the moment we walked into your beautiful shop greeted with bubbles, to the moment I found “the one”, it was truly an experience I will never forget! Nikki was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would look perfect, she is incredible and made us feel so special.
The dress was more than I could have ever wished for and I’m just sad that I can’t wear it every day! I felt like a princess! A special thank you to Martine who altered my dress perfectly and made the most beautiful veil – she is absolutely lovely and I knew I was in safe hands!

I just wanted to drop you a short note to say thank you for helping me choose my perfect wedding dress and accessories.

Isabella Grace is the most beautiful place with the most helpful and professional staff. I really felt special from the moment I walked in with my bridesmaids. I was guided through the fabulous selection of dresses by Naomi who actually recommended one for me to try on…. When I tried it on I fell in love with it! She recommended I try on a selection of other dress to make sure I was certain about my choice which I’m glad she did as it made me more confident about my decision. I loved my dress and felt amazing in it. I would recommend Isabella Grace to everyone!
I have attached a couple of pictures of the fabulous dress from the big day in the Cotswolds on 8.8.15 (a scorcher of a day!)
