We recommend booking your appointment as soon as you have set the date for your wedding and booked your wedding venue as this will give you plenty of time to find your dream dress and have it fitted perfectly to you. We are delighted to offer all of our brides the choice of 2 types of Appointment: a Classic Appointment or a Luxury Appointment.

Our knowledgeable bridal stylists will guide you through a luxurious and personalised appointment, helping you find the wedding dress that not only fulfills your dreams but also meets your budget! This is a 1.5 hour bridal consultation in one of our luxurious fitting suites.
Classic Appointments are FREE of charge Monday – Friday and carry a £20 Booking Fee on a Saturday. The Saturday Booking Fee is fully refundable when you purchase your dress with us. If you need to cancel your Saturday Appointment with us, then Booking Fee will be refunded provided we receive at least 72hrs (3 days) notice.
Luxury Appointments – £40 Booking Fee
This is the epitome of luxury for those brides wanting to have the ultimate Isabella Grace experience!
~ A 1.5 hour luxury bridal consultation with one of our bridal stylists
~ Full use of our Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, or Sophia Loren suite
~ A luxury goody bag containing up to £20 worth of goodies including a branded and beautifully scented candle
~ And do remember that the £40 Booking Fee is fully refundable against a dress purchase!
If you need to cancel your Luxury Appointment with us, then Booking Fee will be refunded provided we receive at least 72hrs (3 days) notice.
All appointments can be booked online below. In order to protect the health and safety of our staff and also you, our clients, we have introduced some measures which will affect ALL appointments at the boutique until further notice. We have hand sanitising gel dispensers throughout the boutique and in all fitting rooms and you will be asked to use this on entry into the boutique and again when entering your fitting room and after using the bathroom. You and your guests will also need to wear a face mask throughout your appointment. Chilled mineral water will be served during your appointment. You will be able to bring a maximum of 2-3 guests with you to Classic and Luxury Bridal Appointments and 2 guests to all other types of appointments. There can be no exceptions to this for the time being for obvious reasons. Other guests may join your appointment virtually via facetime, zoom or WhatsApp etc and we have free wifi available for your use. The boutique will be cleaned regularly throughout each day and at the end of each day. We hope that these measures will help to protect us all and will give you comfort when visiting our boutique.
